Postage & packing is an additional combined charge and VAT and fuel surcharge will be added. (please scroll down for further details on delivery charges

Orders & Guarantee:

Orders received before 2.00pm will normally be despatched the following working day, subject to availability. Your product should reach you within 2-5 working days and are despatched by courier.

Where we are unable to despatch orders within our published timescale, you will be notified by email/telephone/fax with the reason for the delay and a new despatch date. You may then either accept the new despatch date or cancel your order.

We guarantee that Damson V is hand made using only the finest ingredients and to the highest standards of hygiene and production.

The Ordering of alcoholic drinks is subject to a minimum age requirement i.e. 18 years in the UK and you must therefore confirm that you meet this age requirement before you will be able to proceed with the order. We reserve the right not to supply any such item where we reasonably believe you are below the minimum age. We reserve the right to refuse any order without reason. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Options and Charges

Damson Tree offers two different delivery options, standard delivery and 24hr delivery, see below for details.

Standard deliveries

There are two routes for standard deliveries depending on the weight of the goods.

Parcels under 2kg

All parcels under 2kg are sent first class by Royal Mail. For example, postage costs for:

1 x 70cl bottle is £6.57

Parcels over 2kg

Parcels over 2kg are sent by courier on a 48hr service; this would include any multiple bottle (two or more) order. The more you order the more cost effective the delivery charge (see below for case order discounts).

All parcels over 2kg cost £9.50 plus £0.40 per kilo thereafter

Important note. Couriers will generally require a signature at the point of delivery, please bare this in mind when ordering. It is possible to deliver the parcel to another address, such as your place of work. Please complete the delivery address in the appropriate box when placing your order online.

24hr Delivery

It is possible to upgrade delivery to a 24hr service, although this cannot be done on the website. All 24 hour parcels (up to 10kg) cost £10.95 plus £0.50 per kilo thereafter

Deliveries to Highlands and Channel Islands

Deliveries outside the UK

We can send products anywhere within the EU. If you would like to send an order for delivery within the EU please call us on 0845 519 8326 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or send us and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , as the website cannot apply overseas postage rates

We are sorry to say that deliveries outside the EU are not currently possible, so for example at this moment we cannot send products to North America, Australia or New Zealand.

Orders from outside the UK for delivery within the UK

Returns policy

 

Your products should reach you in perfect condition, however if you are in any way dissatisfied with your products you must notify us within 10 days of order date and return them to us with 14 days of purchase. We will happily either exchange your products or offer you a full refund.
Our goods are perishable and we cannot accept applications for returns that do not comply with the terms set out above. Refunds will be issued by cheque within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods. If goods are returned late or are lost in the post we reserve the right to refuse refund applications. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting when returning goods. In any event returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and costs incurred will be met by the purchaser.
